About SFQ Paper Questionnaires
All paper feedback forms will be uploaded and verified through the ABBYY system. ABBYY is used to extract responses and comments from paper questionnaires to import successfully into eXplorance Blue.
Accessing ABBYY
ABBYY can be accessed with your organizational account Single Sign On (SSO) credentials by clicking on the Login with UofG SSO button on the following link: https://usa.flexicapture.com/FlexiCapture12/login/University_of_Guelph#/Login
Printing Paper Questionnaires
Paper questionnaires can be downloaded from the SFQlink landing page, at least 2 nights after being mapped, by clicking Download print files. This will download a ZIP file that contains all the SFQ forms needed for printing, along with a CSV file showing the number of students in each mapped course. When filling out the questionnaires, encourage the students to use dark pens, rather than pencils, to help with legibility.
