FAQ By Course Type
Some questions we get asked have a different answer depending on whether the course site is supporting an In-class (face-to-face) course or if it is supporting a Distance Education (or Continuing Education) course. Below you will find our FAQs sorted by those that apply to all course types (Universals FAQs), as well as those only apply to either In-class course sites or Distance Education course types.
