Crowdmark’s CourseLink Integration
All the functions for this integration are initiated in Crowdmark, not in CourseLink.
After logging into Crowdmark a connection is made between your CourseLink account and Crowdmark.
In Crowdmark, you will be able to:
Import a course from CourseLink (where you have an instructor role)
Import students from your CourseLink course site to a Crowdmark assessment
Import team members (graders/facilitators) from CourseLink to Crowdmark
Export grades from Crowdmark to CourseLink’s gradebook

Availability
A Crowdmark license is currently held by the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences. There are a limited number of users allocated to that license however.
If you are looking to use Crowdmark, please contact the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences’ Dean’s Office to confirm you will be able to use Crowdmark.
How to Enable This Integration
Anyone with a CourseLink account can access Crowdmark directly through their U of G login page.
However, your course site must be white-listed by the Crowdmark team in order for you to use their service. This can only be done if your course has been approved to use Crowdmark by the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences’ Dean’s Office. Or if you have purchased access to Crowdmark directly for your course.
Once you have confirmed access to Crowdmark for you course, Crowdmark may request the course code for your course site to complete the setup. This code can be accessed from Course Admin link on your navigation bar, then selecting Course Offering Information. If you have any issues locating the code, please contact CourseLink Support.
