At approximately 2:45 PM today, PEAR 2 began experiencing an issue where users were unable to login. We are aware of the issue and we are working to resolve it. We will provide an update with more information shortly.
There are no issues affecting service with the Course Outline Manager that have been reported at this time.

The original CourseLink service disruption reported at 9:33 AM has been resolved.
Our vendor was able to identify the issue and restore service as of 11:17 AM ET. They will continue to monitor the environment, however they report that it is now stable.
