I Haven't Received My iClicker Grades!

Your instructor will inform you when to expect graded iClicker sessions will be posted to your course site; normally your instructor will update your grades periodically throughout the semester - it may be weeks between your instructor posting new grades to CourseLink - do not expect that participation in an iClicker poll will be immediately reflected in CourseLink. Review your iClicker Sessions in your iClicker Cloud Account to ensure your participation is being recorded.

If you can see participation recorded on your iClicker Cloud account, but are not seeing grades posted to your CourseLink gradebook after your instructor has indicated they have posted grades - you most likely have incorrectly entered information your iClicker Cloud Account - CourseLink requires that you provide the correct:

  • University of Guelph email address as your account email address

  • not listed your 7-digit student number as your account ID; but instead listed:

    • your university username

    • an email address

    • your iClicker number

  • If using a physical iClicker - not entering the correct iClicker number
